Founded in 1997, Capstone Building Corp. spent its first five years entirely focused on student housing—a market in which deadlines are invariably tight, and positively non-negotiable. By 2007, we’d completed new housing for more than 17,000 students—and not one person ever had to wait a single day to move in because we weren’t ready.
Today, Capstone serves a comprehensive range of multifamily clients—from colleges and universities, to public and private developers, to government housing entities. We specialize in the construction of low- and mid-rise multifamily housing—often accompanied with significant structured parking components.
While we’re headquartered in the Southeast, we’ve completed projects from coast to coast—with a particular concentration, in recent years, on upmarket condominiums and apartment homes in the Northeastern United States.
